This page describes how XCom handles information submitted through this website.

AI Opportunity Report assessment

When you complete the assessment, the website uses your business details and assessment responses to provide a preliminary, rules-based opportunity snapshot. The assessment requests contact information and consent to contact XCom about the assessment, and uses limited technical information needed to protect the form and understand how the assessment was reached.

Assessment-related permission is not marketing-list consent.

Contact inquiries

XCom collects the name, company name if provided, email address, telephone number if provided, selected area of interest if provided, and the information submitted about the business need. XCom uses this information to evaluate and respond to the inquiry, protect against spam and duplicate submissions, maintain necessary business records, and send an internal notification about the inquiry. Inquiry data is stored in a database and flagged for review under XCom’s retention practices. Submitting an inquiry is not marketing-list consent.

Website analytics

XCom uses Google Analytics to understand site usage, campaign attribution, and whether visitors complete important actions such as a Contact inquiry or AI Opportunity Report. Analytics events do not include names, email addresses, telephone numbers, form messages, report narratives, or database identifiers. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to provide this service. Advertising personalization signals are disabled in the site’s Google tag.
